The Foundation of Everything Digital — Built Right, Built to Last.
Every application, every camera, every phone call, every cloud service, and every business-critical system in your facility ultimately depends on one thing: the quality and reliability of your underlying network infrastructure. Technology Control Company for IT (TCC), established in 2014 in Riyadh, designs and delivers enterprise-grade Structured Network Cabling and Wi-Fi solutions that provide the high-performance, future-ready foundation your organization needs to operate with confidence today — and scale without limits tomorrow.
TCC’s structured cabling practice is built on internationally recognized standards — TIA/EIA-568, ISO/IEC 11801, and BICSI TDMM — ensuring every installation delivers certified, warranted performance. From Cat6A copper horizontal cabling and OS2 single-mode fiber backbone networks to fully organized patch panels, labeled outlets, and professionally managed cable trays, TCC brings discipline and precision to every cable run in every project. Our installations are designed to support 10GbE to the desktop, 40/100GbE backbone links, and PoE++ power delivery for the full spectrum of connected devices: IP cameras, access control readers, VoIP phones, wireless access points, and IoT sensors.
On the wireless side, TCC engineers high-density Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and Wi-Fi 6E environments that deliver seamless, interference-free connectivity across complex, high-user-count facilities — from open-plan offices and hospital wards to warehouses, stadiums, and multi-floor corporate towers. Every wireless deployment begins with a professional RF site survey to ensure optimal access point placement, channel planning, and roaming configuration, eliminating dead zones, interference, and congestion before a single device is mounted.

TCC Network Infrastructure : Implementation Working Process
Network Requirements Assessment & Site Survey
TCC begins every project with a detailed technical assessment — reviewing architectural drawings, existing infrastructure, user count and distribution, application requirements (data, voice, video, IoT), and future growth plans. For wireless projects, a professional RF site survey is conducted to measure actual signal propagation, identify interference sources, and model coverage against agreed KPIs. The output is a validated network requirements document that underpins the entire design.
Network Infrastructure Design & Proposal
Our network engineers produce a comprehensive design package: structured cabling floor plans with outlet and TR locations, rack elevation drawings, fiber route diagrams, Wi-Fi AP placement heat maps, switch and equipment specifications, VLAN architecture, PoE budget calculations, and full bill of materials. The design is reviewed with your IT and facilities teams and refined before installation begins — eliminating costly changes on site.
Professional Installation & Cable Routing
TCC's trained and certified installation teams execute the approved design with precision: installing cable trays and conduits, pulling and dressing all copper and fiber cables within code-compliant pathways, mounting and terminating patch panels and outlets, building out telecommunications rooms, and installing all active switching and wireless equipment — all with minimal disruption to your ongoing operations through careful scheduling and phased delivery.
Testing, Certification & Quality Assurance
Every copper permanent link is tested with a Fluke DSX-8000 cable analyzer to the TIA or ISO channel standard — verifying insertion loss, return loss, NEXT, FEXT, propagation delay, and delay skew. Every fiber strand is OTDR-tested and insertion-loss measured. Test results are compiled into a full certification report delivered at project handover. No link is accepted until it passes all parameters — we do not compromise on this.
Active Configuration & Wi-Fi Optimization
TCC configures all managed switches (VLANs, QoS, spanning tree, link aggregation, port security) and wireless LAN controllers (SSID profiles, band steering, roaming policies, captive portal, RADIUS authentication, and RF optimization settings). A post-installation Wi-Fi validation survey is performed to confirm that coverage, throughput, and roaming performance meet the agreed design KPIs across every zone of the facility.
Handover, Documentation & Ongoing Support
Project handover includes complete as-built drawings, outlet and patch panel schedules, fiber strand records, full Fluke certification test reports, switch and wireless configuration backups, and manufacturer warranty registration. TCC's Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) provide scheduled inspections, firmware management, fault response, and 24/7 helpline support at 9200 14102 — keeping your network infrastructure performing at peak efficiency for its entire lifecycle.
