Visual Environment Assessment & Requirements Consultation
TCC begins every project with a detailed visual environment assessment — visiting the installation site to measure room dimensions, ceiling heights, and viewing distances; evaluating ambient light levels and sources of glare or reflection; reviewing existing AV and IT infrastructure; understanding the content types to be displayed; and defining the operational use cases, user interaction requirements, and aesthetic objectives for each display location. This assessment drives all subsequent technology selection and design decisions, ensuring no display is over-specified or under-specified for its environment.
Display Technology Selection & System Design
Based on the assessment, TCC engineers recommend the optimal display technology — LCD video wall, direct-view LED, interactive flat panel, commercial display, or outdoor-rated screen — and produce a complete system design: display layout drawings with precise dimensions and mounting positions, signal flow diagrams showing all source, distribution, and display connections, structural mounting engineering calculations, power and data infrastructure requirements, content management platform configuration, and full bill of materials with transparent pricing for client review and approval.
Structural Preparation & Infrastructure Installation
TCC's installation teams prepare the physical environment before any display hardware is introduced — installing structural mounting frames and wall brackets to engineer-certified specifications, routing all HDMI, HDBaseT, AV-over-IP, and power cabling through dedicated conduits or cable trays, installing rack-mounted AV equipment and video matrix systems in dedicated AV equipment rooms or recesses, and completing all electrical and data infrastructure ready for display installation. Cable management is executed to the highest professional standard — completely concealed or neatly trunked, with zero visible cable runs affecting the visual presentation of the installation.
Display Installation, Alignment & Calibration
Display panels are installed with precision — video wall panels are aligned to achieve uniform bezel gaps and a perfectly flat, co-planar surface; interactive panels are mounted at the ergonomically correct height and angle; outdoor displays are sealed against ingress and secured against wind loading. Every display is then colour-calibrated and brightness-matched using professional colorimeter equipment — ensuring consistent colour temperature, white point, and luminance uniformity across all panels in a video wall and between all displays in a signage network, from day one of operation.
Software Configuration, Content Integration & Commissioning
TCC configures all software layers of the installation: video wall controller source routing and scene presets; digital signage CMS platform with content zones, playlists, scheduling templates, and user access roles; interactive flat panel collaboration software and device integration (wireless presentation, video conferencing, calendar integration); and room control system programming for automated display switching, lighting scenes, and source selection. A comprehensive end-to-end functional test is performed — verifying every source, every routing path, every software function, and every integration touchpoint before client handover.
Training, Handover & Ongoing Maintenance
TCC delivers tailored training for all user groups — end users receive practical training on daily operation of interactive panels, video conferencing, and content display; AV administrators are trained on the video wall controller, digital signage CMS, and system configuration; IT managers receive infrastructure documentation and remote management guidance. Full as-built documentation, wiring schedules, software configuration backups, and equipment manuals are delivered at handover.
