Smarter Parking Starts With Intelligent Automation.
Unmanaged parking is more than an inconvenience — it creates congestion, compromises security, generates revenue loss, and frustrates the visitors and staff who depend on your facility every day. A professionally designed and automated Parking Management System transforms all of that.
TCC designs and deploys intelligent parking management solutions for commercial complexes, government facilities, hospitals, educational institutions, shopping malls, and residential developments across Saudi Arabia. Our systems automate vehicle entry and exit, enforce access policies, optimize space utilization, and provide facility managers with real-time visibility and reporting — all from a centralized management platform.
From simple barrier gate installations to fully integrated multi-zone systems with LPR (License Plate Recognition), ticketing, cashless payment, and live space guidance, TCC delivers end-to-end parking solutions that are scalable, reliable, and built for the demands of modern Saudi facilities.

TCC Parking Management Implementation Working Process
Site Assessment & Operational Requirements Analysis
TCC begins with a detailed on-site survey covering facility layout, vehicle entry and exit points, expected daily throughput, peak-hour loading, existing infrastructure (power, networking, civil works), and operational goals — whether revenue generation, access security, tenant management, or all three. We review architectural drawings, walk every lane and ramp, and document all constraints before proposing any solution, ensuring the design is grounded in reality rather than generic product specifications.
System Design, Equipment Specification & Proposal
Our parking specialists produce a comprehensive solution design: lane layout drawings, equipment placement plans, ANPR camera field-of-view specifications, bay sensor coverage maps, kiosk placement strategy, network topology, power requirements, and integration architecture with existing building systems. A detailed bill of materials with equipment datasheets and a phased implementation plan are presented for client review and approval — with no surprises once work begins on site.
Civil & Infrastructure Preparation
TCC coordinates or executes all preparatory civil works: loop detector cutting in traffic lanes, conduit installation for power and data cabling, foundation bases for barrier housings, mounting provisions for overhead LED displays and cameras, and ensuring adequate power supply to each lane controller and kiosk location. Proper civil preparation is critical to equipment longevity and system reliability — it is never an afterthought in a TCC deployment.
Hardware Installation & System Integration
TCC's certified installation teams deploy all hardware according to the approved design: ANPR cameras, barrier units, loop detectors, pay stations, bay sensors, LED indicators, guidance displays, and network equipment. All devices are connected to the central management platform and undergo point-by-point commissioning. Where third-party integrations are specified — PMS, BMS, CCTV, or access control — TCC's technical team works directly with those system vendors to establish and test the data interfaces.
Configuration, Testing & User Acceptance
The management platform is configured with client-specific tariff structures, grace periods, permit categories, validation rules, reporting parameters, and user access roles. End-to-end functional testing covers every vehicle journey scenario: normal paid entry and exit, season permit access, lost ticket protocols, validation redemption, barrier failure modes, and payment edge cases. A formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process is conducted with the client's operations team before go-live — no system is handed over with unresolved issues.
Training, Handover & Ongoing Maintenance
TCC delivers hands-on training for parking operations staff, facility managers, IT administrators, and finance teams — covering day-to-day operations, exception handling, report generation, and permit administration. Full as-built documentation, equipment manuals, network diagrams, and software configuration backups are provided at handover. TCC's Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) ensure scheduled preventive maintenance, firmware updates, remote monitoring, and 24/7 helpline support at 9200 14102 — keeping your parking revenue flowing without interruption.
